FB Braves grew from a simple belief: young athletes deserve the same level of instruction, preparation, and attention to detail found throughout the highest levels of baseball.
Founded by AJ Flores, FB Braves was created to provide young athletes with a development-focused environment where they receive the same level of instruction, preparation, and attention to detail found throughout the highest levels of baseball.
Working alongside his father, Tony Flores, AJ has built FB Braves on a foundation of player development, accountability, discipline, and respect for the game. A former professional baseball player with experience in the Can-Am League and Pecos League, including a 2017 Pecos League All-Star selection, AJ brings firsthand playing experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to develop athletes and prepare them for the next level.
Today, FB Braves provides players with a challenging, supportive environment where they develop their skills, compete together, build confidence, and establish the habits needed for long-term success—both on and off the field.
